How much does School Manager cost?

Do I pay monthly or yearly?
No — you pay once. Your only running costs are your own web hosting and domain, paid directly to your hosting provider, plus SMS credits if you send SMS to parents.
What do I need to host it?
A standard cPanel hosting account with PHP 8.2 or newer and MySQL, plus a domain or subdomain such as portal.yourschool.ac.ke. No hosting yet? We can set you up through HostingKE.
Who installs it?
We do. Once your order is confirmed we install and configure School Manager on your hosting, import your existing Excel records and train your staff — no IT department needed.
Does School Manager work with CBC?
Yes — School Manager is built with CBC in mind. You can track strands, sub-strands and learning outcomes, and generate CBC-format report cards for each learner.
Can parents pay school fees through M-Pesa?
Yes. Parents pay by M-Pesa and the system records and reconciles each payment automatically, so there is no manual reconciliation at the end of term.
Is training provided for staff?
Yes — staff training and onboarding are included in the price. Most staff are comfortable using the system within a day.
Is my school’s data safe?
Yes. Your records live on your own hosting rather than a shared platform, access is protected with role-based permissions, and you can back everything up with your cPanel backup tools.
