Is KES 50,000 really a one-off payment?

Yes. You pay KES 50,000 once per school and the licence is yours for life. There are no monthly subscriptions, no renewals and no per-student charges.

What does the price include?

A lifetime licence for one school, installation on your own cPanel hosting and domain, every module, import of your existing Excel records, and a staff training and onboarding session.

Are there any running costs?

Only the costs you pay directly to other providers: your web hosting and domain, plus SMS credits if you send SMS to parents. Nothing is paid to us after purchase.

What hosting do I need?

A standard cPanel hosting account with PHP 8.2 or newer and MySQL, plus a domain or subdomain and an SSL certificate (free AutoSSL on most hosts). No hosting yet? We can set you up through HostingKE.

How do I pay?

Submit the order form and we confirm your details, then send an invoice with payment instructions. Once it is paid we agree an installation date.
