3. Your school's data

School Manager is installed on hosting your school controls, so the student, staff and guardian records you store in it stay on that hosting. We only access them when you ask us to — for example during data import or support — and only for that purpose.

The Software includes role-based access controls and is designed to run over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your school is responsible for securing its hosting account and keeping regular backups.
