Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using School Manager (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your school or organisation. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use licence

We grant your school a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for managing your school's operations. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your data

Your school's data remains yours. You can export it at any time, and we handle it in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any student, staff or guardian information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it by means other than the interface we provide, interfering with other users, or uploading unlawful content.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed on a flat monthly basis per school, in Kenyan Shillings, with no per-student fees. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitations

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will note the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify account administrators.
